All transactions, inquiries, and agreements made through this platform or via direct sales channels are intended for commercial entities, distributors, retailers, and OEM partners, rather than individual retail consumers.
2. Quotations, Pricing, and Orders
Validity of Quotes: All price quotations provided by our sales team are valid for the period specified in the official quotation document. Prices are subject to change due to raw material costs, tariff adjustments, or currency fluctuations.
Order Acceptance: A quotation request submitted via the website does not constitute a binding contract. A definitive order is only confirmed when a formal Proforma Invoice (PI) is signed by both parties and the initial deposit/payment is verified.
Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ): Certain electronic appliances and specialized OEM runs are subject to Minimum Order Quantities, which will be specified during negotiations.
3. Manufacturing, OEM, and Customization
Specifications: For Custom Manufacturing and Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) orders, the client must provide and approve precise technical specifications, engineering blueprints, and branding guidelines before production begins.
Intellectual Property: Clients retain ownership of their private labels and trademarks. Sigma Refrigeration retains full rights to its proprietary manufacturing technologies, internal designs, and engineering systems unless explicitly stated otherwise in a written contract.
4. Payment Terms
Standard Terms: Unless specific credit limits are approved in writing for long-term partners, production will commence only upon receipt of the mutually agreed advance payment percentage.
Final Balance: The remaining balance must be cleared prior to shipment or upon the handover of Bill of Lading (B/L) documents, depending on the agreed Incoterms (e.g., FOB, CIF, EXW).
5. Shipment, Delivery, and Risk Transfer
Lead Times: Manufacturing and shipping timelines are estimates provided in good faith. While we make every effort to meet delivery windows, Sigma Refrigeration is not liable for delayed timelines caused by global supply chain issues, customs clearances, or Force Majeure events.
Passing of Risk: Responsibility and risk of loss or damage to the electronic appliances transfer from Sigma Refrigeration to the buyer in accordance with the specified Incoterms chosen for the shipment.
6. Warranty and After-Sales Support
Standard Warranty: All electronic home appliances come with a standard manufacturer’s warranty covering production defects, subject to proper installation and usage. Specific warranty lengths vary by product category.
Exclusions: The warranty does not cover damages caused by improper handling during transit by external logistics providers, electrical fluctuations, unauthorized third-party servicing, or natural disasters.
Service Network: Authorized claims and technical maintenance must be routed through our dedicated service centers as detailed on our Our Service Center portal.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable laws, Sigma Refrigeration shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential commercial damages, including but not limited to loss of business profits, data corruption, or operational delays arising out of the use or inability to use our products.
8. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan (or the specific jurisdiction where the manufacturing entity is registered). Any legal disputes arising from these terms will be settled exclusively in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to revise these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any updates will become effective immediately upon being posted on this webpage.
